Aretta, Antwaun, and (almost) baby Aaron

I was so excited when Aretta called me a few weeks ago about shooting some maternity photos for her. Having a baby is such an exciting and special time! Antwaun and Aretta, thank you so much for letting me shoot these photos. I am praying for a safe and healthy delivery, and that baby Aaron brings you much joy!

Congratulations Liz and Peter!

Just after Christmas I had the pleasure of photographing Liz and Peter's wedding over at the Disney Yacht Club Resort. It was a fun day to celebrate with the couple - and I have to say, Disney really does do things right! Everything went off without a hitch, and all of the Disney vendors were so nice and helpful. And there was even a surprise guest that showed up at their reception...

We had some time before the ceremony, so I got to do a "mini Bridal" session with Liz.

Liz's family was hysterical - these are only a few of the shots I took before finally getting them to all smile together!

Towards the end of the reception Goofy made an appearance! They did the hokey-pokey, and everyone was on the dance floor for the fun.

Typical Naptime

Ok.. I know this is kind of random, and not exactly professional. But, before I am a photographer I am a mom. And I like taking pictures of the random parts of our lives. And this is one of them.

Naptime in our home is often anything but. I usually put both kids down around 1. For the next hour-hour and a half or so, Chris plays with everything. He makes a MESS. Usually I have to go in there every 10 minutes or so and scold him for being too loud, throwing toys, etc. But eventually, he usually falls asleep. And then Anna wakes up!

Recently I snuck in after he fell asleep so that you could see what I am talking about when it comes to the mess. This is what he does when he should be sleeping!

Brleigh and Elliana are 10 Months Old!

Last month I headed over to do Bryleigh and Elliana's 10 month photos... I can hardly believe how quickly time has gone! The girls are getting so big, and so active. It was a lot of fun trying to chase after them - April and Chris have their work cut out for them. :)
