On Labor Day (yes, I'm a little behind!) we had a special treat: Mark actually had a day off! We decided to celebrate this momentous occasion by visiting the Brevard Zoo with some friends. This particular zoo is really small - you can literally see everything in about an hour. And there isn't much cool to see - except the giraffes. To get to them you walk up this boardwalk, and you end up at eye level with them - you actually get to feed them! Anyway, overall Chris wasn't too impressed with the zoo - yet. But it was fun to spend a day together.

Chris was more interested in his box of raisins. Go figure.
